HERE IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS

STAGE 1: 
Discovery
Imagine you’re in a big maze, like those ones you see in old palaces or fairs.

To find your way out, you first need to know where you are, right?

if you don’t know your starting point, how will you navigate the roads to get there? 


Similarly, in life, to reach our goals or solve problems, we first need to understand where we currently stand.

Think of it this way: Sometimes after watching a superhero movie, don’t you feel strong and invincible, like you can fly?

That’s what you feel. But in reality, if you jump from the balcony, gravity won’t spare you. That’s who you are.

Feelings are like the weather, ever-changing, but who we are is like the earth – stable and constant.

Have you ever felt extremely angry at your sibling for borrowing your pen without asking?

In that moment, you felt extreme annoyance, maybe even rage. But are you an angry person? Probably not.

The next day, you might be sharing a joke with that same sibling.

Our feelings in situations don’t always define our true selves. Just because it rained today doesn’t mean it’s monsoon season all year round.

In our journey together, I’ll place a special magnifying glass on “what you feel”.

Why? Because these feelings, like the signs on a road, guide us to understand deeper truths about ourselves.

It’s like reading between the lines of your favourite Amar Chitra Katha comic; there’s more than what meets the eye.

By honing in on your feelings, we can work together to create a clearer, brighter path for you to tread on.

STAGE 2: 
INTROSPECTION
You know how sometimes we get a headache when we haven’t drunk enough water?

The headache is what you feel, but not drinking water is the real reason.

Similarly, in life, there are many things we feel, but sometimes, we don’t know why we feel them.

Imagine you have a toy that isn’t working.

If you only change the batteries without checking if the switch is on, the toy still won’t work, right?

That’s because the batteries were just a part of the problem. The real issue was the switch.

It’s very important for us to understand this ‘switch’, this real reason.

Because if we only look at the batteries (the feelings) and never at the switch (the deeper reason), we’ll keep facing the same problems again and again.

So, just like a detective looks for clues to solve a mystery, in this phase, we’ll play detective with our feelings.

We’ll dig deep to find out the real reasons behind why we feel the way we do. Once we find out, we can work on it and make things better!

Remember, it’s not just about knowing the problem. It’s about understanding it. And here, we’ll focus on really understanding the root cause of what’s troubling you.

STAGE 3: 
THERAPY
In this stage, we’re focusing on one main thing:

cleansing the root cause of your troubles.

Imagine you want to run a marathon. Would you wake up one day and start running immediately? No, right?

You’d first get the right shoes, maybe train a little, understand the track, ensure you have enough water and make sure you’re mentally prepared.

Only then, you’d run the marathon and reach the finish line successfully.

Just like that, life often throws challenges at us that seem like marathons.

Picture this: Ravi is very stressed because he has exams next week. He thinks if he studies day and night without any break, he will score well. But what happens?

By the time the exams come, he’s so tired and overwhelmed that he can’t remember anything. That’s because Ravi didn’t prepare; he only studied.

This happens to many of us, not just with exams but with many challenges in life.

We try to jump into solutions without being prepared, and we wonder why we can’t move forward. It’s like trying to drive a car without learning how to first!

Here’s where we come in:
